At Aleph Citadel, you choose to opt out of the imposed "social contract" enforced through coercion, and instead embrace a rational, consensual way of life. Before hiring Aleph Citadel services, you enter the following agreement explicitly stating your commitment to engage with users, neighbors and service providers on a strictly voluntary basis.

🤝 PARTIES

This Membership Agreement is entered into by two parties: the Operator and the User.

The Operator represents "Aleph Citadel" and acts as its legal representative and administrator. The Operator manages citadel operations, including property administration, B&B, gastronomy, other services and experiences consumed by Aleph Citadel Users.

The User is an individual who wishes to utilize the services provided by the Operator.

🧭 PRINCIPLES

Both parties agree to never initiate force against other individuals or their property.

The User agrees to adhere to the Citadel's specific rules while using its facilities.

The User agrees to use their leased private area responsibly, without harming third parties, disrupting the ecological balance, or drawing unnecessary attention—particularly from governmental authorities.

The Operator agrees to manage communal areas and to strictly respect the privacy of the User's leased private area by refraining from entering it.

🗝️ MEMBERSHIP

Aleph Citadel accepts the User as a member, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

The User agrees to pay membership dues and fund an initial deposit into their personal escrow wallet.

🏘️ USE OF FACILITIES 

The Citadel grants the User access to its facilities, services, and shared amenities. The User agrees to abide by the rules pertaining to each service they utilize. The User assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to Citadel facilities or equipment by themselves or their guests.

🛡️LIABILITIES 

The User assumes all risks and liabilities for any injuries or damages incurred by themselves or their guests while using Citadel facilities. The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Citadel harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from such use.

The Citadel assumes all risks and liabilities for injuries or damages incurred by the User or their guests resulting from the actions of Citadel associates, employees, or third-party providers.

 📜 GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Both parties agree to abide by its terms, expressly overriding any conflicting public policy or state laws that might otherwise challenge their freely expressed will.

⚖️ DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

Upon executing this contract, the parties establish a 2-of-3 multisig escrow wallet. The User will hold one private key, the Operator will hold the second, and a designated Arbiter will hold the third.

In the event of a dispute between the User and the Citadel, the parties commit to seeking resolution through documented, good-faith communication. If unresolved, either party may escalate the matter to the Arbiter.

The Arbiter provides mediation services and, if necessary, arbitration services, which includes the possibility to issue a binding arbitration statement.

If a party fails to comply with the arbitration statement, the compliant party may request the Arbiter to co-sign a transaction from the escrow wallet, extracting indemnification at the defaulting party's expense.

The signing parties assert their status as sovereign individuals, fully capable of making decisions and assuming responsibility without external intervention. Therefore, they explicitly waive any right to bring claims regarding this business relationship to any government authority or unmentioned third party. Even for disputes between Citadel Users.

If a User has an unresolved claim against another User, they may resolve it according to any mutual contract established between them. In the absence of such a contract, they agree to use the Aleph Operator first as a mediator, and subsequently as an arbiter.

🚪 TERMINATION

Either the Operator or the User may terminate this agreement immediately upon written notice if the other party breaches the contract. In the event of a disagreement regarding the breach, the parties will utilize the dispute resolution system outlined above.
